When I cast my mind back to the years gone by, I am overwhelmed and awestruck by the infinite mercy of God upon my life and His abiding and unceasing love for me.
From the beginning of my story up till this moment, The Creator of the Heavens and Earth has proven to me severally that He is truly The God of Possibilities. That I’m writing this in sound health, in deep joy that only Him can bring about and utmost peace of mind is a further testimony to His unflagging compassion for me in spite of my imperfections.
As I add another year to my existence on this plane TODAY, it is to HIM I give all the praises and adoration. I thank Him for lifting me up each time I have fallen; for the victories during turbulent times and triumph over the vicissitudes of life, for the stability at home front and provisions, for the gift of life even when death stared one in the face and looked like it was all over.
To Him, The Creator, My Creator, The Most Merciful and Most Loving, The One whose compassion is unrivalled, To the True Kabiyesi, I dedicate this day, my day, my birthday.
