At his sprawling residence in Ikeja, my friend and Sports Enterpreneur, Taye Ige, carved out a large space to take care of physical fitness. Equipped with standard and well maintained swimming pool and most modern keep fit gadgets, this sports journalist of note appropriately dubbed the section, Life Centre.
A keep fit freak, budging tummies and other fatty manifestations unsettles Taye. He taunts you to no end on the need to do away with the excessive luggage.
His relentless and untiring insistence is now paying off…as yours sincerely reports like an obedient pupil from yesterday. Teacher Taye made it clear that it wasn’t a ‘gisting session’ yesterday. He literally dragged yours sincerely to the treadmill yesterday.
It was however straight to business this morning…God bless this keep fit apostle of a friend and his household.
